Downright delightful
The ability to get in the flow and multi-task without losing focus takes the stress out of a packed day. Also without jitters you might get from too much coffee. Got rid of my case of the "Mondays"
Felt a boost in both my attention/focus and in my energy. This supplement was helpful in tackling a busy work day of mostly admin work (which I usually can't stay focused on). I didn't take a coffee so not sure if that would have helped even more but wanted to see if the product worked on it's own (it did). Will be trying it again!
